1. Your package and price
Crystal Commercial Estates is a trading style of Crystal Estate Limited (company 04500457), 11–12 Old Bond Street, Mayfair, London W1S 4PN. Business-sale advertising is £199; commercial property-sale advertising £149; commercial property-letting advertising £99. Each fee covers one opportunity and is paid once. No VAT is currently charged. There is no automatic renewal or recurring payment. A different opportunity, renewal or full agency service requires a separate agreement and price.
2. Twelve-month marketing period
Your website advertising runs for up to 12 calendar months from first publication, not from payment. We confirm the publication and expiry dates. Active advertising ends earlier if you withdraw the listing, confirm a completed sale or letting, or the listing is removed under clause 5. An agreed sale or letting is marked accurately and active enquiries may be paused while it progresses. Tell us if it falls through so we can resume advertising within the original period; this does not restart the clock. Renewal is optional and must be agreed separately. No new fee is collected automatically.
3. What is included
We prepare a professional website listing from your information, review your supplied photos, carry out reasonable crop, brightness and clarity improvements, seek your approval before publication, provide initial social-media promotion and pass enquiries to your nominated contact. Reasonable factual updates to the same listing are included during its active period. Business listings can include trading, asset and lease details; sales listings tenure, accommodation and investment information; letting listings rent, terms, charges and whole or part-premises details. Confidential information is published only as agreed. Selected portal placement is subject to eligibility and each portal’s rules; no particular portal, continuous social posting, audience size, paid advertising spend, enquiry volume or transaction is guaranteed. Any additional paid service must be agreed with you first.
4. A self-service advertising service
You handle viewings, negotiation, buyer or tenant checks, professional advice and completion. This package does not include valuation, legal advice, conveyancing, tenant referencing, rent collection or transaction management. No sales or letting commission is charged under this package. Full agency services are available only under a separate agreement.
5. Your information and authority
You must have authority to advertise and permission to use the materials supplied. Give accurate prices, rent, VAT position on the property, tenure, floor area, charges, permitted use, EPC details and relevant restrictions or defects; identify estimates and unknowns. Provide corrections and status changes promptly. We may request evidence, withhold publication or suspend inaccurate, unlawful, misleading or unauthorised material. We will explain the reason and, where practical, allow correction. We do not alter images to conceal defects or invent features. If we cannot accept the listing before work begins, we refund the package fee. Any dispute about work already supplied is handled under clause 7.
6. Optional agreed / completed status showcase
A separate, unticked onboarding option lets you authorise use of the approved listing’s photograph, name or location with an accurate “Sale agreed”, “Sold”, “Let agreed” or “Let” label on our website and social channels for up to 12 months after active marketing ends. We use a status only after you confirm it, remove the asking price and enquiry contact details, and respect agreed confidentiality. This shows that the opportunity was advertised through Crystal; it does not imply we negotiated or completed your deal. Declining does not affect your paid service. Withdraw this permission by contacting us; we will stop new use and remove material from channels we control as soon as reasonably practicable. We cannot guarantee removal of third-party copies or historic shares.
7. Cancellation, refunds and complaints
Contact [email protected] and [email protected], or call 020 8568 7766, to cancel, correct a listing or complain. Before work begins, you may cancel for a full refund. Once work has begun, any deduction must reasonably reflect the service actually provided and applicable law; tell us the issue so we can assess it. A lack of enquiries or a failed transaction does not by itself mean the advertising service was not supplied. We do not restrict statutory remedies for a deficient service.
If you buy as a consumer and statutory distance-contract cancellation rights apply, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the day the contract is made. Send a clear cancellation statement by email, post or phone; the optional form below is available. We refund sums due within 14 days of cancellation using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. We will not start during that cooling-off period unless you expressly request it. If you request an early start and then cancel, a proportionate charge may apply for services supplied up to cancellation. Your right is lost on full performance only where the legal conditions, including your express consent and acknowledgement, are met; publication alone does not mean the entire 12-month service has been fully performed. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Data and communications
We use your information to process payment, verify authority, deliver the listing and manage enquiries, with necessary hosting, payment and email providers. Uploaded files are private until approved for publication. Service notifications go to the Crystal team; your enquiry details are shared as you instruct. We retain records only as needed for the service and applicable obligations. Contact either email above for access, corrections, privacy questions or withdrawal of showcase permission. Separate permission is needed for unrelated promotional use.
