All package prices are one-off totals. No VAT is charged because Crystal Estate Limited is not currently VAT registered. Secure payment is handled by Stripe. After payment, you return straight to our guided listing form. Add your details, photographs and links, then submit securely for review. No customer account is needed. Marketing period: Up to 12 calendar months from first publication, ending earlier if sold, let or withdrawn. No automatic renewal. These are self-service advertising packages, with no guarantee of a transaction or named portal placement. Agreed / completed listings appear as a showcase only with your separate permission. Allow around 8–10 minutes to complete the guided form. Pay securely first, then complete your listing details and upload your photographs. Nothing is published until the team reviews the information and you approve your listing.
Straight answers
These packages are designed for owners who want professional marketing and are comfortable handling the transaction themselves.
Choose a package and pay through Stripe. You are returned to our listing form with your package selected and contact details filled in. Submit the details and photos securely; we then prepare your listing for approval.
With a fixed-price self-service package, enquiries are passed to the contact you nominate and you arrange viewings, negotiate terms and progress the deal. Full agency support is available separately.
Every approved instruction receives a listing on the Crystal commercial website and an agreed social campaign. Other portal placement depends on property type, supplied information and portal rules.
Have the full address, price or rent, floor area, tenure, rates, EPC information and strong photographs ready. Business sellers should also prepare a trading summary, turnover and profit information.
Up to 12 calendar months from first publication, ending earlier if your opportunity is sold, let or withdrawn. There is no automatic renewal. Initial social promotion is included; continuous posting or paid advertising is not included.
Before work begins, you may cancel for a full refund. After work begins, any deduction must reflect services actually supplied and applicable law. Statutory consumer cancellation rights are preserved. Read the cancellation terms and optional cancellation form.
Only if you choose the separate optional permission and confirm the outcome. We remove the asking price and enquiry contact details, respect confidentiality and use the status accurately. You may withdraw this permission.
